Catherine was very instrumental in helping us purchase our first home in Burnaby. We were initially very nervous since it's the biggest decision of our lives, but it was really assuring to work with Catherine. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A few days before our viewings she would send us a detailed info sheet of the places we're going to visit. We would convene at the end of the day and she would share her insights and patiently answer all our questions. She would also take the time to assess our needs and tailor the list of properties that best meets our needs or preferences. She was very diligent in researching the properties for us, obtaining the strata documents, comps with other properties, and communicating with the seller and seller's agent. She made everything hassle-free for us, even accompanying us during the inspections and had great recommendations from mortgage brokers to movers.
